About the photo and the film:
Johns Hopkins Hospital is a known Baltimore institution that started largely from a single domed building in Northeast Baltimore. While strolling the perimeter of the campus, I spotted this shot and elected to give it a try. The late afternoon sun had a nice subdued quality, and it was nice to get the fence in the shot. This shot was taken on ca. 1980 Ilford HP4 on a Gevabox 6×9 box camera focused to closest distance, and was developed for 30 minutes in a stand solution of HC-110 of 5ml per liter of water. Scanned on Epson V550 in color for some toning.
