About the photo and the film:

The street sweeping tickets in downtown Long Beach are no joke. Anyone parked under this sign at the time I was shooting on EFD 2017 would have been slapped with a healthy fine with no legal recourse but to pay. Captured on Seattle FilmWorks 5247 (exp 1989), overexposed two stops, using my Minolta SRT 101, 58mm f/1.4 glass.
