About the photo and the film:
I made this photo using a Brownie Hawkeye Flash camera with a reversed lens, and respooled Orwo NP22 film that expired in July 1983. It is a hand-held 10-second exposure, made while standing on the sidewalk beside an arterial. I developed the film in Rodinal 1+100 for 18 minutes.
