About the photo and the film:

Double exposure landscape/macro on gifted 4×5 Ilford HP5plus, expired 1996. 12min Rodinal 1+50, Mod-54 in Paterson tank. Newton New-Vue, vintage Marchioni Tiltall tripod. Exposure 1 (landscape): 12.5cm/4.5 Carl Zeiss Dominar at F22, green filter. Exposure 2 (macro): Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 21cm/4.5 Tessar at f45. I wanted to use the fogging to some interesteng effect, and had yet to try macro with the 4×5. Expired film day is a chance to have a bit of extra fun, so why not a cold-war inspired double exposure with a touch of nuclear winter from 23 years of extra radiation damage? The ships are a floating breakwater for the local mill. The lines under the aircraft model denote 1cm spacing. Dinky Toys #749 Avro Vulcan Bomber over Powell River Hulks.
