About the photo and the film:

It wouldn’t be Canada without a Maple Syrup Festival, something that’s become a tradition for my wife and me for the past three years (so our entire time together as a couple) going to a maple syrup festival. This year we returned to the event at Mountsburg Conservation Area where they show some great demonstrations on how sugaring was done back 200 years up to the modern day. Being a colder day, I lugged out my Maxxum 9 with some mid-1990s expired Kodak TMax 400 rated at ASA-200 and developed in Pyrocat-HD (1+1+100) for 10 minutes at 20C. I got some lovely crispy grainy results.
